I have a snacking problem!

Oh, boy! I made 3 silly trips out today. First I went to Walmart because I wanted some tacos. Then later went to MacDonald's to get my free fries with $1 purchase.

Now I decided I wanted some hot chips, so wen to the $1 store...and loaded up on $9 worth of snacks! My allowance card is the best thing that ever happened to me!

I can spend freely knowing I'm not compromising any other financial goals!

Phew. So much for trying to save on gas by bundling errands.

My original plan was to have my 11a meeting, then go to Food Lion to get my taco stuff and then get McDs. But oh well.

Luckily my new cards came with my new name.

By the way, I've been contemplating renewing my passport with my new name just to make everything the same. Buta big part of me just wants to wait till it's actually needing to be renewed. Just be patient. I was mostly concerned for international travel. Since I'm pretty grounded for the year, this would give me plenty of time to do that. But I figure a pretty safe workaround is just adding MERJ 1.0 as an authorized user on whatever travel card I decide to use. Most seem to let you do this for free.

So while it would be nice to have everything in MERJ 2.0's name. That's not how it worked out, and guess what...almost 40 years later, I'm learning to live with it.

That's all for now!
