This reminds me of a friend of mine. He can’t drink regular milk because he thinks that’s he’s lactose intolerant even though he’s never been diagnosed.
ReplyDeleteI don't know that most adults really undergo formal diagnosis. But I could be wrong. I think your body is pretty good at letting you know on that one. Not too many people willingly give up dairy! I sure didn't.
